Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all of our customers in the US (within the 50 states) who spend $50 or more. All other shipping service prices will be calculated at checkout.

Orders normally ship within 5 business days (collars, leashes, accessories), and within 1 business day for all other items. Any orders with Gift-Wrap may take an extra day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

International Shipping

International shipments will ship via the US Postal Service. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price.

Returns

Domestic Returns

We guarantee that you will love our products and packaging.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Returns must be in new and unused condition and be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us us at (678) 631-7185 between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm ET (Mon-Fri), and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (Sat, Sun) for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once delivered, purchases must be returned within 30 days.

*We cannot accept returns for gift cards, balloons, custom orders or perishable items such as dog treats.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your full refund within 5-12 days of giving your package to the carrier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (24 hours), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (2-3 business days).*

*Please note, depending on your Credit Card Company or method of payment, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to show up in your account.

Exchanges

Please contact us us at 678-631-7185 between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm ET (Mon-Fri), and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ET (Sat, Sun) for assistance. We will send you a return label for your original order. You can then place your new order separately so it can ship immediately. We will then refund your original order once we receive the return. 

*Please note:  We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

We highly recommend that you send your package with tracking.

All packages being returned to You Had Me at Woof from outside of the USA must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as "Return of Merchandise" to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees.

Each dog collar is handmade. This means that not every one will be exactly the same. Pattern placement may vary on our collars, leashes and fabric items. If an item has a legitimate defect we are more than happy to replace it for you, as long as we have more available. We only make each sku once and we run out fairly quickly. Each dog collar is unique and is sure to be treasured!
