L fits 1" collars and smaller, neck size 15" - 24"
XL fits 1 1/2" collars and smaller, neck size 18" - 27"

BANDANA DIMENSIONS
The width measurement is taken at the top of the bandana (the part that goes over the collar) from left to right, and the height is taken from top of the bandana to the bottom tip. The bandana should cover all but 4" of your dog's collar.
